Refund Policy

Krantz Company Ltd (trading as "Safe Space") offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all Safe Space subscriptions. If Safe Space isn't right for you, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle.com, who acts as the Merchant of Record for all our orders. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, or
- Contact our support team through the in-app support form and we'll forward your request to Paddle.
Counsellor sessions
Sessions you have already attended are not refundable. Unused, prepaid sessions within your billing cycle are eligible for refund within the 30-day window above.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of your current billing period.
