Terms of Service

1. Who you are contracting with

These Terms govern your use of the Safe Space service (the "Service") provided by Krantz Company Ltd (trading as "Safe Space") (the "Seller", "we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

2. The Service

Safe Space is a Christian, Scripture-based platform offering anonymous community, AI-assisted spiritual support (Luna), and access to verified counsellors. The Service is not a substitute for emergency medical or psychiatric care. If you are in crisis, contact your local emergency number immediately.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including (without limit):

• Unlawful activity, fraud, or spam.
• Infringing intellectual property or privacy of others.
• Probing, scanning, or interfering with the security of the Service.
• Uploading malware or harmful content.
• Impersonating counsellors, staff, or other users.

4. Account and credentials

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

5. Intellectual property

We retain all ownership of the Service, including software, content, branding, and documentation. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service on your selected plan.

6. Service level

We work to keep the Service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties (including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose).

7. Payments, billing and subscriptions

For payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics, please refer to Paddle's Buyer Terms.

8. Reseller / Merchant of Record disclosure

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach, non-payment, security/fraud risk, or repeated/serious policy violations. On termination, your access ends, and we may delete your data after a reasonable export window.

10. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid to us in the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim. We exclude liability for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where prohibited by law.

11. AI outputs (Luna)

Luna is an AI assistant grounded in Scripture. Its responses may be inaccurate or incomplete and are not a substitute for professional medical, psychiatric, legal, financial, or pastoral advice. You are responsible for how you use its outputs and for verifying any guidance with qualified professionals where appropriate.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the seller's jurisdiction. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction unless a different forum is required by mandatory law.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance.
